Try doing what writers do and just make things up. With pictures, we can invent worlds, tell fantastic stories about things that never happened, show things never seen.
Such images excite a little bit of extra conviction from the notion that photographs are reality. But they’re not. Use that predisposition.
So try making pictures that, while not literal, are quite true.
